Hello everyone,
I am currently trying to buy my first new car and it's gonna be a RAV4. I have never owned a car before and family and friends keep telling me how expensive it is to own one. I don't quite get that, given that new cars come with warranty. So - I am trying to understand the annual costs.
I know about insurance, registration and DMV fees. Which other costs do occur in the first two years? I am aware of Toyota's two-year ToyotaCare thing, but was wondering if this truly means that no costs need to be anticipated for the first two years (when hopefully not being involved in accidents)?
Any info about your expenses in the first few years with a new Toyota would help me enormously, thank you!
