i can't understand why my pico works flawlessly when debugging the code in mu, but when i close mu and disconnect, reconnect to the computer, the pico shuts of after 1 second of being connected.

confused, i open up mu and plug it back in, and open serial output, but then it stays on and works just fine

I'd like to be able to use this without having to open up mu and connect to serial every single time

*edit: found that its only an issue with one particular computer. still not sure of the cause

also found that this is not an issue when using arduino ide and c code

*update: since it works on another computer, I'll just change my work process to avoid this issue. thanks everyone for your help
