Hello!
I bought a Raspberry Pi over a year ago, to use it as NAS/Media Center. After some initial trouble with the device I managed to set up a stable system from where I could download stuff, watch stuff, store stuff, and stuff stuff in general.
But from time to time, randomly, the pi refused to boot. Those last weeks the things are gone worse: From random reboots to straight not working this weekend.
I took out the case and tried to boot again today. Only one red light. I gently pushed "down" the SD card, as I've heard about problems with it, and bam! the device booted.
Looked at the card, it is a bit bent in the connector side:

It's like a parenthesis over a bar, (|, which prevents the central pins of the card to touch the central connector.
So, I'm open to suggestions here. This days we've been hitting really hot temperatures (30ยบ-40ยบ, Celsius), and maybe the heat of the device and the environment had played a part in the bending. Any way to reinforce the card? Maybe getting a new, better card? Is a problem due heat or due the raspberry port?
