I have tried multiple PIR sensors. with multiple different connections. I have not yet nailed down a good config. Mostly the 2 PIR sensors (lately) are just constantly sensing and triggering. About every 5 seconds.

The main one i have is

HC-SR501 PIR Sensor

I have the connectors to 5v, GND and GPIO 16 right now. I am using this with MagicMirror to get it to turn off when no one is there. No luck at all. I tried Remote and i could not get any of the custom commands that i researched to effectively shut off the monitor. It sounds like i am a big newbie i know. I have been working on this for a while. I continue to find conflicting advice. I have a rasberry pi 4b with the latest rasbian os. Any advice?

Current script i am running one of many different attempts. I have now tried 5 different sensors and all with the same result.
