So my girlfriend has been raped twice. Once 3 years ago and again this year. I knew she had this happen before we started dating, and i was ok and try to be supportive. We both struggle with mental issues, but we make sure to be supportive. And i am very good with most things due to me being able to relate alot. But i have never been sexually assulted in any way, so i dont know how to best help with being supportive.

Im a very affectionate person, and i dont want to push boundaries and make things worse in the moment.

Now i have beem with my current girlfriend for 9 months now. And i still am struggling to be helpful in said situation. I have learned not to be overly touchy but how could i be supportive still?
