Two days after a CSI came by and took evidence to lock this guy up, I ran into him again. He told me that he knew that the police were after him, and he tried to tell me that I overreacted. He asked me what he did that was so bad and I told him that he entered my apartment without talking to me first and started while I was sleeping. His excuse was “I didn’t realize you were asleep.” Mind you that I sleep with a CPAP because of my lung issues, and I was wearing it when he entered, so he should’ve known that I was asleep or at least trying to sleep. I then told him about the comment he made that I should tell people that I’ve been raped if they ask. He laughed and said “you watch porn, that happens all the time!” EXCUSE ME WHAT? Yes it’s true I watch porn but porn is fantasy! As long as the people in front of the camera are consenting adults with knowledge of what the scene is supposed to look like, (even if it’s a sexual assault or prostitution [things that are illegal otherwise]) it’s fair game and shouldn’t be imitated! But his excuse was “I saw it in a porno and thought it would be fun” which in a case of rape, IS NOT AN EXCUSE! I’m getting in contact with my detective and CSI tomorrow to discuss this further. I also may get an STI test just in case.
