Earlier, I shared a post where I mentioned that I sometimes missed him and how I found it difficult to deal with. It affected me deeply. After receiving a lot of good advice and hearing others share their experiences, I decided to try therapy.
I reached out to several clinics to book an appointment with a psychologist. However, there is a long waiting time. Where I live, it’s a common issue that therapy comes with long waiting lists due to a shortage of therapists.
Besides the waiting time, there’s also the financial aspect. It costs around 140 dollars per session, and as a student without insurance covering psychological support or therapy, it is unfortunately not an option for me.
