I hate the trend of pitching singing up or down to the point that you can tell that it's just done by a computer.

If I wanted to listen to Alvin and the chipmunks, I would, but I fucking hate Alvin and the chipmunks and I don't want to listen to a song where the singer gets pitched up close to what they sound like. If I wanted to listen to a hellish monster, then I would put on death metal or some sort of horrifically dark ambient music. This trend is incredibly stupid and always sounds awful, and I wish it never took off, but for some reason most people that hear it seem to love it, and that just frudtrates me further. How am I supposed to relate to people if most of them that I will meet in my life like stuff that I hate?
