8am is too early for construction work!

I have no problem with people getting on with work early, but 8am is too early to be using powertools in a suburban area. I get up around 8.30/8.45, but when the builders are anywhere near my house, that sweet 30 min before I get up is completely ruined.
The worst part is they seem to fuck off again as soon as I get up.
