I'm pissed off because people want to try to be all nice. Mental health professionals specifically. Don't act nice and try to say your listening you care yeah I guarantee if they made it mandatory to go to peoples houses on top of your paycheck to check in on people hang out and see how your patients are doing for volunteer work more than half would quit. I was blunt with my physiatrists I told her your fake dont give me no bull give me my meds so I can get out. The clinician asked me how In feeling etc. I told him that's what your paid to do isn't it so ask the bare minimum on your computer and do your job. He kept trying to make small talk eventually quit trying to be friendly after I wasn't falling for it
