Not really a rant but unfair as people pick and choose who to hate.
Tax the rich, over paid CEOs, they don’t work enough, I have read it all on Reddit.
But I had a thought, why are we not including over paid professional athletes in this category of over paid. I mean a season isn’t even a year, a game is what..3 hours? How many games a week?
And there are sports stars who are getting over $100 million for 3 years????? Is that really worth it? Think about it.
People have said to me, well they have skill, agility, foresight that needs to be compensated. Couldn’t the same be said for CEOs? Plus add in all the endorsements. They are making even more.
I am not pro millionaire/billionaire CEO, but I think it maybe a little short sighted.
How are people not scratching their heads and asking themselves is a individual basketball/football/soccer player really worth $100 million for how many days of work?
If there really is a love for the game why not play for $1 million?
