Hello bears just wanted to make some ratings so far for those that have joined the club this summer, these are only my opinions so if anyone disagrees feel free to discuss.

Colak (10/10) - biased rating but I think the big man has been terrific, last season when Morelos was injured it made us realise that we can’t rely on just the one striker and when Colak joined that changed.

9 games in 7 goals across the league and the European qualifiers is a great start.

Tillman (9/10) - nothing much to say about this man apart from the fact he is class. His first touch is something I’ve admired from his game, he’s fairly physical too which means he could potentially play anywhere apart from defence/the two wings.

The only one negative about him is the lack of pace, he can get by the man but it takes a bit of time for him to properly gain pace when running on the ball.

Lawrence (9/10) - this guy has been superb, a balanced midfielder that can attack and also get back and defend if need be. His link up play with Kent is dangerous for the opposition as both can use skill to get by the man and make a goal scoring opportunity.

Being a good defender will also need physical strength and that could be something he can work on in order to become a deadly tackler.

Yilmaz (7/10) - could potentially give Barisic a run for the LB position. Looks comfortable on the ball at a steady pace and when the opportunity comes his pace will go by any man. Can also win the ball very well even though he’s a short defender.

Although the performances he had against USG (away) and killie (home), he was cautious on the ball, maybe because being at new club he doesn’t want to make too many mistakes, hopefully when he gets more game he’ll be a lot more confident.

Davies (6/10) - not seen too much from him, seems like a reliable and versatile defender that can link up the play with his distribution.

However with the lack of game time his fitness levels are what may be the reason to not being in the squad during past 5 games.

Matondo (6/10) - Only a 6 because of his potential and current attributes plus he’s had regular game time. This is the RW we need to match Kent’s play style and make a threat on the right side, has blistering pace and to top it off the flair.

Had a promising pre season, unfortunately this hasn’t equated to the season so far, he doesn’t seem to link up with Tav pretty well and just hasn’t been great recently, maybe Wright is the right option for us going forward.

Souttar (5/10) - Haven’t seen much from John much, I like that he is a solid defender and will 9 times out of 10 stick the boot in and isn’t afraid of hurting anyone from it.

I understand that his brother has died which is really unfortunate and I wish all the best for the Souttar family. Fingers crossed he comes back like a new man.
