Recommendations for accessories

Looking for recommendations that are readily available since I am in Southeast Asia.
Can you guys recommend some of the following items and if they are worth it?
- Bottomless portafilter
- Precision basket
- Tamp to fit that basket
- Shower screen mod to remove visible screw indentation? (Is this worth it?)

Even better if someone knows where to get some of these items in the Philippines, right now just thinking about Amazon and have it shipped here, but it gets expensive quickly.
