Leaving my machine for 2.5 weeks
Post Body

Hi Everyone, just wondering how should I prepare my machine being left at home for two and a half weeks? Do I also descale it after I comeback?

I’ll be going overseas and just wondering if there’s anything I need to do before I leave and when I return.

Advance thanks!

I have my Silvia in my second home. So it's left for 2-3 weeks on a regular basis. What you proposed is all I do. I figure the water in the boiler is sterile from the heating, so I don't try to drain it. Never had a problem in 6 years.
