just started as a ramp trainee a couple days ago and because of low staffed we are I got sent straight to the locker to offload and load baggage, and fuck me after a while that shit wears you out.
and so in the long run i can easily tel that this will cause long-term back issues and so on.
so what do you guys recommend for protective gear that can mitigate some of those risks involved especially when youโre 6ft and have to squat down in the back on a 737 and chuck 35kg bags all day
thanks iโm advance
