So I previously worked as a ramp agent for SWA for 5 years but I had to resign due to medical reasons and I am now feeling healthier and I am able to preform the tasks on the ramp, so I was looking at the ramp sup position for united airlines, anyone work as a sup for that airline here? Or a sup in general and how is it from day to day compared to the ramp agent role? I know you can't turn down mando since you don't have a union to back you up. Would you say it was worth it moving up from a ramp agent to a sup? Very controversial that I remember 🤔
