Non-rev travel Questions
Post Body

I am flying non rev soon and flying D1 (AA). I have a connecting flight which puts me at D1T. This would be the first time traveling with a connection. My placement in the standby list is according to the check in time from originating flight? Also, how does it work if my connecting flight shows that there are not enough seats on my end but yet when I go on aa.com there are clearly enough seats (over 40 seats) mostly preferred seating? I do know airlines are allowed to oversell so I’m just a bit confused if I’ll be able to get on my connecting flight.
