Shoyu ramen from my job (but at home)

We offer take out as well and when I get the ramen to go; I ask to not have the noodles cooked so I can boil them at home. We also package the noodles and broth separately :3
So I place the menma, bean sprouts, yuzu slivers, and the ajitama egg on the side while I boil the noodles, heat up the broth along with the chicken and pork chashu.
Iām currently heating up the kaedama >w<
