Iridium spark plugs?

Ok, for context, I just got a ram 1500 with the 5.7 last week and I'm knocking out basic fluids and filters so I can be on top of the maintenance schedule starting at 151k miles.
Do I need to go with the iridium plugs or is there a better option for a daily driver?
