Lifters or Hemi tick?

Hemi tick or lifters? Or?
The side I filmed on (passenger side) has 2 broken bolts that I can see but I don’t doubt there are more.
Passenger side Tick will not fully quiet down when engine warms up and will speed up with the acceleration
Driver side tick quiets when engine warms and is not heard when driving or accelerating.
Haven’t noticed engine running weird and no lights on the dash.
Oil changed about 3K miles ago.
Sorry for the repetitive post on this subject.
