Coolant Temperature on 09 Dodge Ram 1500

Hey there, i hope everyone is well.
I replaced the Coolant Temperature sensor on my Dodge Ram around 3 months ago, and just want to make sure of what it is supposed to be running at.
When driving at highway speeds, it gets to around 185-190, and when idling, around 200-205. I just want to make sure that is normal, because i thought that the engine would be hotter when driving than idling.
