If you're the bike rider who wears the bibs and has drop bars and goes like 20mph on the greenway like you're training Tour De France, please use your voice!
I cannot tell you how many times I get buzzed by people riding so fast and had no idea they were coming up behind me. It's super dangerous and you're going to get hurt/hurt someone else. Get a bell or start calling out before you fly up on someone.
I ride at a casual/moderate pace and sometimes I stop to check my phone or get water and people fly up on me without a sound and I've had too many close calls that could have been prevented by a little communication.
