Hey
Long story short, not doing terribly great mentally. So I'm going to engage with my therapist, rely on friends, keep up with the good diet and exercise....
BUUUUUUUTTTT
I'm a big believer in "The best way to forget your problems is to focus on someone else". I used to volunteer a lot when I was younger as part of the church, but as I'm non-religious, that isn't much of an option.
Ideally I'd like to volunteer with a local charity for cooking meals for people. I love cooking, and it would be great to help those with more tangible problems (as opposed to my champagne problems).
Any recommendations?
