I just waited on hold for 3 hours with DES

And they lady was so rude & basically told me they're waiting to hear from my employer than I got laid off.....I've been pending 4 weeks and my employer has heard nothing from DES and other people have gotten their unemployment.
I just don't know what to do. I'm fucking crying. I called for an hour, waited on hold for 3 & was on the phone for less than 3 minutes. Fuck that lady and fuck NC DES for this shit show.
