Are there any grocery stores or specialty shops in the area that specialize in low sodium products? I'm trying to cut way down on my sodium intake.
I have been buying more fresh produce, but I'm also looking for low sodium canned and packaged goods. I have had some luck finding things like low sodium canned beans, rotel, tomato sauce, etc at normal grocery stores, e.g the Teet, but the selection is still lacking. It's still hard to find low sodium breads and tortillas, frozen dinners, and other commonly purchased items.
Anywhere I can go that makes it easy to find low sodium products in one place? Much appreciated!
Bonus: low sodium restaurant recs welcome too
