Hi If you ever had to write a goodbye letter In a way to let them know you went away by your very will, in another one to give some explanation... Would you say that you think they are narcs ? Would you act as if they understood ? Knowing that you'd wanna cause the least pain and emotional suffering possible (yeah after all they did i dont believe in vengeance and dont think it would make things any better for me)
Please give advice on how to write to a narc !
