Post Body

I'm 30, live with my nparents due to disability and being in drug rehab. It mostly works, but sometimes I just want to kill them both. Not ever with intention, but I have definitely had my share of violent thoughts throughout the years. Tonight its something so small, but just...so fuckin rude.

Last night they were in the living room watching TV, and from my room I heard them mention they were watching a paranormal investigation show that I love, and always come out to watch with them. It's a new season after almost a year, and since its hiatus started, we've fallen into a routine of my staying in my room while they enjoy their time together in the living room.

So I grabbed my blanket and drink, walked out, and in a perfectly calm and pleasant voice, said "Hey, could you guys let me know when you're going to watch this, going forward, so I can come watch it too?" They didn't really say much, and I sat down and watched it with them.

Tonight, I'm sitting in my room eating dinner and watching YouTube. They turn on a dvr'd episode of the other paranormal show we watch, which I don't care nearly as much for. A couple of minutes pass and I hear the audio cut, and my dad calls in to me, "Hey Sweetlew07, are you going to bitch because we're watching Dead Files without you?" I got up and went to my door so he could definitely hear me, and asked "how is it bitching, to ask that you let me know when you turn it on so I can enjoy it as well?" His response was "You certainly sound like you're bitching right NOW..."

I could scream. Absolutely ridiculous.
