So without writing a whole novel as to how horrible this woman is at manipulating everyone, let me just give the short version.

She cheated on my biological grandfather with her friend because he made more money.

Let second husband abuse her children.

Developed a weird oedipus complex with my dad after second husband passed. (Keeps remarking at how my dad looks so much like his dad and how handsome he was and other weird comments)

She never wanted to spend time with any of her grandchildren except for when it was a holiday and she made sure to let us all know that we needed to respect her and love her because she's the "matriarch of the family".

Never remembered our names. She consistently would mix up me and my older cousins names. Still does.

Demands that our dogs be locked away when she visits because dogs are filthy.

Sends cards on birthdays that have Christian themes and tells us that "Jesus is watching you sin and I'm praying one day you see the light of the lord and follow him back onto the right path"

I'm the one to mainly get those because I'm transgendered.

Needless to say i want nothing to do with lady yet whenever she comes around my mother tells me I have to be respectful and spend time with her and tell her I love her.

Like, HELL NO!!

Am I wrong in wanting to just avoid her at all costs?
