I believe in order to live the fullest life one must let go. Letting go frees you from the past and opens you into the present. At our core, we are just children, all susceptible to external forces we cannot control. Your deepest pain is just as equal to all of our deepest pain. To comprehend the beauty within life is to understand how grave pain can feel. Once this is accepted you learn how precious every experience is to shape your future.

Within our lives we must all find peace. Peace within ourselves everyday.   It is time to let them go.

I must move on from them. I may not know how but with persistence to a more internal practice I can find peace. I am my own person.
