Has anyone ever had their narcissistic family slander you? And how did you deal with it?

My entire family has unified against me and spread some very very nasty (and crazy) lies about me. Unfortunately they have taken root a long time ago and spread extremely far. People I've never even met know these lies about me, and I have been "cancelled" because of it. The character assassination has rendered me powerless.
I honestly don't think there's any coming back from it unfortunately. Just been dealt very shit hand in life, surrounded by fake abusive people.
