What was the last straw?

To make things short...with my mother, it was all the religious trauma, forcing me to be around awful (older) relatives growing up, letting her (older) son bully me, with no accountability taken. I still live with her, but the relationship is very shaky at best, and wildly volatile at worst. Cannot move out yet, but am working on it!

For other relatives, it's the sweeping everything under the rug when something bad happens, especially with me, since I'm the lastborn of the lastborn, as well as their own deep-seated trauma/issues, which they just ignore.

P.S. I am talking about n-mother's side and her folks, who hail from the rural Southern US.
