Is management worth it?
Post Body
Iām an upcoming college grad and I am not sure if I am going to use the degree I have in the field I studied. I was told that a degree can get you into management and I was looking at a program Amtrak has.
Railroading has caught my eye recently and I have heard stories about the quality of life, I was curious, would management be the same? Is free time still a non factor? Is the pay really what it says it is?
Any answer would be appreciated thank you.
