I was terrified of how bad our defence was going to be during the buffalo game. Buffalo just doubled and tripled Crosby the entire game and made him a non factor. Every play Crosby came from the edge and couldnt beat the double team that was put on him. I was convinced that this would be a year long issue. Since that game Crosby has moving further outside, stunting to the middle, changing sides each play. Moving Crosby around so its not as easy to double him. On passing downs you see the DT's stunting which we have seen very little from last season. This defensive scheme is soo much better then last year. Youll see a CB blitz coming from Maxx's side making you either break you double team on him or get a free CB sack. We may give up big plays, and definately need a few more playmakers but the actual schemes have been pretty fantastic.
