(Not LP9 related) Does anyone know the weird label politics behind In Rainbows not being on Spotify?

I just realized that In Rainbows isn't on spotify, and I think that's a little strange, especially seeing that TKOL, The Daily Mail, Staircase, AND Burn The Witch are all on there. I'm assuming it's got something to do with XL or Ticker Tape and Thom being anti-spotify.
