Hitec c2 AC plus storage mode amp selection
Post Body

Good Afternoon I am putting some batteries in storage mode. I can select anywhere from .1 amp to 2 amps for discharge rate when setting up the battery for discharge rate.

Is there a formula to use for determining the setting for discharge rate. I figure when u select the rate of charge for day a 3s 5000 you are setting the charging rate at 5amps in theory so 2 amps would be safe or am I way off base? Thanks in advance

Maybe it doesn’t even matter. When I look on the app it’s discharging a 2s 5000 at 1.24 amps and a 4s 5000 at .62 amps. Should I be considered about temp? Says charger temp is 177F.

Thanks.
