On 1080p my 6900XT only produces around 130 fps in both cs:go and valorant. Checking the metrics in adrenaline shows me that the card clocks itself at 500Mhz and draws around 55w. Trying to manually set the minimum clock to 2000Mhz is ignored by the GPU. It will just ignore manual clock-settings and fancurves in those games.
I am NOT psu limited, my card clocks normal and draws over 200w in Cyberpunk.
I am NOT cpu limited, I use a 1700x, but in combination with my GTX1080 I was able to get a stable 280 fps in csgo and locked 240fps in valorant in 1440p & 1080p.
Troubleshooting: I've tried setting windows to performance mode, changing all possible settings in adrenaline, setting the minimum clockspeed to 2000Mhz (ignored by the gpu), turning off ULPS, clean install of the driver without adrenaline.
