Backup to Excel sheet (release name)

Hi all,

Im just curious if its possible to backup my entire Radarr/Sonarr to an excel sheet.
My main concern is that one of my HDD will crash and i really need to re-downloaded the same source-name (release name) that i had before.
My entire libary consist foreign subtitles, which are all 100% synced with the release that i have right now.
The last couple years i changed a lot of settings in Radarr so i cannot re-download everything with the excisting settings i have right now.
For me its pretty easy when, worst case scenario one the HDD fails, i can just copy the release name and redownload that one.
Every week i make an automatic backup from all the SRT files in my libary.
Plex/Radarr/Sonarr is not hard to manage when you are an American/English viewer. But imagine my case when i 100% check all the subs if they are full syncd with 500 TV shows and 5000 movies

Like to hear some ideas!

Cheers in advance
