Automatic and manual search not working - have to insist multiple time

I have radarr (and sonarr) running through Docker on a Synology DSM system.

I have the containers allways up to date.

However, both containers (radarr and sonarr) suffer from the same issue.

- I add a movie and start the automatic search, nothing is found

- I go to "manual search", nothing appears

- I click three/four/five times again the "manual search", and the list of all available (and many of then, eligible for automatic search), options. This obviously also happens with automatic search, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

How can I fix this?
