About to start RAD 140

I am 22, 5’11” and 195lbs. I’m about to start RAD 140 to cut and have been doing some research but there’s a couple things I can’t find. When I get my blood work done what am I looking for? & When I start, should I stay on my cutting calories? Or should I go back to maintenance calories? Also should I keep using my supps? Like preworkout, protein, creatine, glycerol, etc?
