Been going 6 days a week training. didn't notice injury while training,think over training and overload, frequently
Last night my back start feeling hurt then got worse stiffen up and hurts bad 8/10 sprain or strain
Little better now 1 day with meds and resting, Heating pad.
Assuming will be out for 1 week and more then I have another 1 week before 9 week on rad 140.
Did 10 mg a day went from 177 to 188 -190
Should I reduce it to 5 mg until I can train and finish cycle at 10mg Or just end and start pct enclo ?
Also end of the cycle march 8 going away to el Salvador for vacation gonna be drinking and not training for a week, just continue pct I know not beat to keep the gians. What are my opinions?
