I recently got a new job. The crew is sorta diverse. There's 2 women 7 men. The manager is a white male married to one of the women who is also white. Then we have a Puerto Rican man, and the rest of the men are white. The assistant manager is a black woman. She is married to one of the other white men. She only refers to white men as Mr. Blah blah blah. For our crew alone, it's Mr.G (manager), Mr. R (me), Mr. T, Mr. J, Mr.J, Mr. T (her husband), J (other woman), and P (the Puerto Rican man). Mr. T (not husband) and I are both 10 younger than her, and work pt under her position. Any other thoughts would be nice to hear.
