I’ve been bit by my puppy almost 2 weeks ago. It’s the 13th day today since he bit me. The bite bled and bruised since he bit me at a delicate part of my arm. My puppy is 4 months old and he got his anti rabies vaccine last January 24. My puppy is acting okay and normal.

The problem is I’m kind of worried since the area where he bit me is kind of itching… I live in the Philippines and anti rabies vaccine is free if you get it from public hospitals. I only delayed it since I know my puppy is vaccinated and clean, plus people tell me the anti rabies vaccine is definitely painful.

Should I still get vaccinated at this point? I know this worry will turn into anxiety so I just wanna make sure. Only symptom I have rn is that the bite area is itching a bit.
