I would like to go to a local bookstore and look at books with someone. I think talking about what books we would or would not like to read is a fun way to get to know someone. Then afterwards we could get some coffee and talk and perhaps read parts of the book together.
I mostly read nonfiction, but I enjoy books of a whole bunch of different genres. Recently I've been reading "The Art of Lamination" which is about making pastries, and Piranesi, which is a fantasy novel.
For Madison bookstores, there's Mystery to Me, which I think specializes in mystery novels. Maybe we could get a mystery novel and try to figure out whodunnit before we finish the book. I also think Kismet Books or A Room of One's Own would also be nice.
About me: tall (6'1") and fit. Good cook, good musician, good job.
Let's check out some books together.
