I’m gonna reverse-engineer this post; so TL/DR I’m looking to build long-term. Just want someone with shared attraction, similar interests and amazing conversation/banter (soooo wildly important to me!) to spend time with and make exceedingly happy in every sense of the word (including emotional support and mutual mind-blowing orgasms on the regular, ONCE we’re to that point). I’m Nick btw, and as the title states I’m 45. White male, 6’, 185lbs and height/weight proportionate. Good-looking and happy to share pics in my initial response. When it comes to physical activity; I enjoy long walks, exploring state parks, fishing, gardening if I’m able (can’t where I rent), weights, yoga, tubing rivers, kayaking and bar games. On, in or near the water is my happy place when the weather is nice. Pretty open to new things, though I do have a strong aversion to heights, so if you’re a bungee jumper or skydiver you’ll have to settle for a cheerleader rather than a fellow partaker. ;) 

The holiday season is fast-approaching, I love Thanksgiving and Christmas. Good eats with your favorite people, decorations, a general air of happiness and kindness, heartfelt gifts to those closest to you. I really wanna match Christmas PJ’s with someone special, and there’s still ample time to lock that in this year! Probably as good a place as any to mention I’m non-religious (agnostic, I simply don’t know!)...I know many who practice religion wish to share that; I am fine either way so just being up front as to how I live. I mentioned good eats, I enjoy trying new restaurants and cuisines and am a very strong home cook. Sushi and tapas hold special places in my hea…errr, stomach haha, as do Supper Clubs and steakhouses. When it comes to MY cooking, homemade pizzas, mac n cheese, Mexican food, various veggies including amazing skillet green beans…I make killer homemade soups and love to do so for my partner when they’re ill. 

I touched on warm-weather hobbies earlier; in the winter I tend to hibernate more than anything….though I’m always open to grabbing a meal or cocktail! In the winter it’s a great time to catch up on reading (voracious reader of fiction), shows and movies, etc. I am a gamer, which is rightfully controversial in the dating realm. If it’s a shared hobby AMAZING, I’ve got all three current gen consoles and love watching a partner play (or playing together) as much as I do playing alone. Were it NOT a shared hobby, it would be permanently back-burnered, by which I mean something reserved for time apart or when we’re doing our own thing. In other words, there is NOTHING that would take priority over a committed and engaged partner, least of all a bunch of damn pixels. 

Do you have kids? If so cool, I do! I’m an empty-nester with a daughter (23) and son (18). Being Dad is the best thing I’ve done with my life, and I couldn’t be more proud of the amazing people I raised. She’s currently blazing a trail as a premium barista in Dallas (ughhhh the miles….might just be for a couple years though) and he’s going to school to be a police officer. Better cease here before I really get to gushing ha. 

Own my own vehicle, have my own place, have been in my current position for coming up on 10 years and have good credit. I am greatly open to relocation within the state should a relationship progress to that point, and being full-time work from home my career is not an impediment in the slightest. Basically my adulting is well in-hand, outside of that one special person…

I existed for far too long of my adult life in a dead marriage, so I’m something of a touch-starved mofo. Affection is important to me, non-sexual and sexual alike.
