I recently took up whitewater rafting and it's been a thrilling ride, both literally and figuratively. I’m 22 and a mom, and I’ve found that the adrenaline rush helps me clear my mind and cope with life’s ups and downs. I wanted to reach out because I know firsthand how tough it can be when you feel overwhelmed, especially when you’re dealing with issues like mental health and the lack of support.
I've seen how isolating it can be when you're struggling and not getting the recognition or empathy you need. I lost a dear friend to mental health struggles, which is why I’m currently donating to charities that focus on supporting men’s mental health. It’s heart-wrenching to see how many guys feel invisible and are ghosted when they’re reaching out for help.
If you’re feeling like no one sees or hears you, know that you’re not alone. Let’s connect—whether it's sharing stories, finding a new activity to dive into, or just having a chat about life. Life can be harsh and stressful, but sometimes sharing a moment with someone who understands can make all the difference.
