About Me

• I am of Indian origin, 5'7 and of average build. I am financially stable, have worked in Canada and US for many years. I don't drink or smoke. I don't put things up my nose or in my arms either.
  
• I am an introverted person but have been trying to go out until Corona showed up. Now she hogs all the public areas. :)
• I stick to commitments I make to others and myself. I try to stay grounded and live by simple principles. I think I strike a balance between traditional values and modern ideas. I try to help others when I think they need it.
  

Hobbies/Interests

• Movies - Thrillers, Dramas, Fantasy, Horror etc. Romcoms are ok. I watched all the Studio Ghibli movies, all the Marvel movies and the Harry Potter series including the recent ones based in that world.
  
• Web series - Chernobyl, Game of Thrones, The Americans, IT Crowd, The Office etc.
  
• Music - I favour musicality and instruments over vocals - Classic/Alternative/Blues Rock, Grime, Reggaeton, Parody Music (Weird Al Yankovic). I like some songs by KPop and JRock groups. I practice playing guitar off and on.
  
• Books - mostly fiction previously - Sir Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams, Jonathon Stroud, Stephen King, Tom Clancy, Robert Ludlum. More self help and improvement books now. Listen to audiobooks made available by Toronto Public Library (get the library card. it has so many benefits). I listened to American Gods by Neil Gaiman recently.
  
• Comics/Manga - I read specific ones - Lone wolf and cub and The Sandman are some of my favourites.
  
• Play a lot of video games mostly role playing games (Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, Arcanum etc.). I have previously played and liked Overwatch though. League of Legends was an obsession at one time and now I only dabble in the 'fun' modes. I play Warframe daily, well I at least login for the rewards.
  
• Nutrition - I like spicy food. I used to eat everything that was put in front of me but am more picky now and follow a vegetarian, low carb diet now.
• Others - Trying to learn Japanese nowadays. Previously have tried learning French and Mandarin.

About You

I am looking for someone who wants to do something in life. Dreams to be someone, not necessarily famous. You might not know what, when or how but you are constantly working towards it or trying to improve yourself. We can both keep ourselves motivated and on track. We can daydream and goof out together. We can hole up during those cold Canadian weekends and binge watch quirky shows or fall down the Youtube rabbit hole as well. During the four months of summer goodness that we get here, we can visit places, try new restaurants and 'try to socialize' :).

• Are you introverted? A plain Jane but try to take care of yourself? Think you are funny but no one else says so. Most soft spoken of your group? The odd one of your group or family? Not vegetarian? Don't have the same taste in music? From Asia or grew up under a tiger mom? - That's a-ok.
  
• Like to be there for others? A dog person? Artistically or musically inclined? - They are all positives in my eyes ;)
