After watching the insane demand for the bumble event (I was stuck in line) it’s clear more IRL dating events need to happen. Last night on the ski hill I struck up a great conversation with a nice lady on the chairlift…and it got me thinking.

Why not do a singles on the ski hill event?

So here is my thinking. Horseshoe is an hour or so from Toronto. It’s not that busy. The night skiing is pretty good. They have a patio section with little fireplaces. All in all it seems like a perfect venue. They have been making snow and the conductions are pretty good (not great but not awful)

So this is what I propose. Sunday Dec 22 we meet up from 5-9pm for some night skiing and chair lift flirting. An evening lift ticket is $76 and if there is enough interest I will call and see if we can get a group rate.

To make this more fun I will pick up the tab for hot chocolate at the apres ski patio (within reason)

I will order glow stick necklaces so you know who’s in our little group. And really the goal is to strike up some conversation and have a great night skiing or boarding.
