Sigh. Against my better judgment, here I am posting once again!
You may remember me from my previous posts (still on my profile if you’ve missed them) about being a curvy Asian, 30F, 5’7”, too much of a workaholic, needing to build a friendship and a connection with someone first, strong preference for polite, nerdy, tall BWC… blah blah blah yes those things are all still true!
But I’m a little burnt out (and burned by) some recent disappointments and loss of faith in men on this subreddit and in general so I’m trying a different approach.
I’m looking to increase my confidence in ice skating. Every season I say I’ll do it and then another winter goes by with regret. Well not this year!
This year I got new skates (and broke them in already) but I’m looking at getting past regular gliding and hopefully being able to get to a forward crossover before the spring.
Are you a rec league hockey player? A commuting roller-blader? Just generally played hockey when you were younger so you know your way around an ice rink? All the above AND the other requirements as well? Then look no further!
Message me and see if we can carry a conversation and build a connection then maybe make plans (and please don’t bail out of nowhere, TOO many guys chicken out these days) that involve both hanging out on and off the ice if things go well :)
I have a car and I can drive wherever, BUT I prefer that you live close to the Queen West area in downtown Toronto for better chances of this being an on-going thing! Not doing one-night stands anymore, but open to sapiosexuals starting as friends then maybe more intimate and meaningful connections from there. No married or taken men, and please ideally be between 27-37 because I think it’s just weird if the age gap is too big.
Thanks! I don’t answer if your message doesn’t put in any effort — if you know how many messages women get on here, then you know I will get overwhelmed and likely answer in a few days. Sooner if you stand out :)
