Last year I fixed my neighbours furnace. A month later, a friend of a friend had a broken furnace, found out about what I did, and a few text messages later I show up at a lady's house and get to work. The next day I bought some replacement parts and fixed the problem. She cooked dinner and insisted I stay to thank me. No flirting or anything, but she asked me questions about my relationship status (divorced/single). I was a complete gentlemen that was attracted to her, but didn't want to violate a sense of trust by signaling a desire to be physical when I was invited into her home for a completely different reason.

So, it's time for me to leave and we're standing by the front door for an eternity. Suddenly she walks right up to me and kisses me, a few more minutes of that, I start to say something that I don't remember but would probably have ruined the whole thing, she instinctively knew that, placed her index finger over my mouth, whispered in my ear to not say a word, and then got on her knees .....

The next day, she texted me over because something else was broken. I come over to find out it is her p and fixed that too! (Was focused on her career, hasn't been with a man in over 5 years). For the next 14 months, we met once per week, explored kinks/cosplay/shibari, spoiled her on dinner dates, hikes, daystrips, a few shows, but never called each other bf/gf.
