Let me start off by saying this is not an attack to the other post of a girl sharing her experiences on here but I thought I'd share what it's like for a guy.

A little about me, single, 36, white, 5"8 (a little more if I stand up straight). Live alone, semi retired at this point and been very lucky in life in looks, business and family. So yeah, not a thirsty guy by any means who catcalls girls on the street.

I can not tell you how much I have put in work to think of a thoughtful message, view post history, check if it isn't a scam and make sure I don't come off creepy and have a good first message vs the usual HEY.

1. no response which is like 60% of the time and ok.

2. Quickly learn it's a scam after 10 minutes.

3. Get nothing but 1 word responses for the next 45 minutes and carry the conversation

4. If I do have a convo, it leads to a slew of other issues but that's connecting with humans sometimes and part of my thrill.

5. Is the worse, you connect , you talk, they disappear for a day, you message again because you KNOW they get flooded by messages and you wanna be top of the list. Eventually your questions are answered , you set up a time and place to hang out and make it safe and boom, ghosted, no response day of, you name it, it's happened. I don't even shower before I confirm an hour before.

6. Ain't so bad, a bunch of gay dudes trying to convince you to try and let them suck your cock for 1 second. Never change boys ! You're the best ego boost ever 🫶

I've been REALLY lucky that I've met a handful of girls on here and had amazing memories but holy crap do I ever wonder if it's worth it when I can just pull up to a bar, get out and meet 3 or 4 girls in the night I can quickly wade out if they are going to be a fun fit or not.
